Introduction
Art is a discipline of creative construction of inner inspiration. It can be in any form from drawing to tailoring, from designing to poetry, from waste to jewellery. It is an expression of the creative vision that runs inside the mind of an individual.
Everything we see around us is a creation of creative art by an artist who was in love with his or her work from the core and hence reaches perfection in the deliverance of the creator.
The psychology of art is related to the aesthetics, perception and creativity of the creature creator. Every individual has a unique way to style and enhance the work portrayed from the handwriting to a piece of marble. And to perceive a piece of art varies in different scenarios.

When we tend to read poetry, listen to music or look at a piece of painting we try to relate it to something from some incident of life.

Art is an expression of innermost emotions
Art is all about sensory experiences. It connects the string of thoughts between the inner feelings, emotions and repressed memories. These suppressed thoughts create regression. Hence by letting out all the inner dialogues helps to bring out of the mind which brings a sense of peace and calmness.
Inception and inspiration are the resonating expressions to indulge in the new light of creative adoration. When new ideologies are framed more neurons come at work and enhance cognition.

People often wonder how an art therapy session differs from a course of art class study. An art course is targeted at teaching techniques or creating a particular finished product but art therapy is more about letting clients specialize in their inner experience.
